This is an online payment system designed for transactions of less than £5 and as small as 1p. It operates as a prepayment account were the users pay cost price to move the money in and out of the system and a very small percentage to transfer within the system. Please see LVIPS service definition

Registration of TLD

ICANN will soon be allowing the registration of new Top Level Domian names (TLD). This will allow geographic or communities to register new TLDs for general use. StarOverIP are working on offerings to support applications and opperation of TLD name servers.

10p per minute Telephone Conferencing

We are developing a new platform to provide a flat rate Telephone Conferencing service. This will be a simple to use service requiring the minimum of support and therefore keeping appertaining costs down. The services will be available to be re-branded of resellers.
